including solar-powered, commercial-scale outdoor lighting using the latest in photovoltaic
and LED technologies. These highly energy-efficient LED outdoor lights provide high quality
lighting (80 lumens/watt), extremely long life cycles (50,000+ hrs, 13+yrs at 10hrs/night)
combined with renewable solar energy to power the lights.

Solar-powered lights are very versatile and can often be installed for a fraction of
the cost of traditional hard-wired electric street, parking or area lights. There are
no permits, trenching, cabling, connections to a power-grid or ongoing utility bills to
worry about. All of the components, including the light fixture(s), solar panel(s), rechargeable
batteries, sensors and electronic controller are integrated and mounted to the pole. They
are designed for easy installation, in virtually any location for trouble-free reliable
lighting and are immune to power outages and blackouts caused by weather or other interruptions
to the power-grid.

PV Panel(s)
- 1 or 2 Mono/Poly photovoltaic (PV) crystalline panels (properly powered/sized, supported
and mounted at top of pole, directed south toward sun) based on power and power storage
needs; properly matched with appropriate controller.
Controller (Electronics, Sensors)
- Controller w dusk to dawn with or without timed intervals and ability to dim or turn
on/off at set time periods
Batteries (Power Storage)
- 1 or 2 AGM deep cycle, long life no maintenance batteries sufficient for desired duration
(typically target ample power to cover up to 5 cloudy days if needed). Used for all off-grid
lighting applications.
- Electric system, in-grid option with inverter & with or without battery backup
based on needs. Note: In-grid lighting applications require UL approval.
Battery & Controller Container
- Vented, storage box w controller and 1 or 2 batteries (based on needs) with either
a pole mount box attached under PV panel(s) or in a locked box within pole base
Pole(s)
- Pole heights are typically 20-30’ in height based on lighting needs
